Day four brings a sense of celebration as we rejoice in unconditional love. We will be
assembling food and practicing movement that promotes compassion, self-care and devotion
as we open our hearts to give and receive more love.
Open, authentic expression is the theme for day five and we will be applying the principle of
freedom to fuel and move our physical body. We’ll address how the notion of the “Perfect
Diet” creates a restrictive mindset that can sabotage your health goals and explore foods and
movements that create expansion in body, mind and soul.
On day six we give ourselves the space to engage with our intuition, the part of you that knows
how to nourish and support yourself on a deep personal level. We’ll share mindful eating
habits, simple breath techniques and a flowing movement series that brings us into harmony
with the miracle of our life force.
Happy Summer Solstice, you made it, let’s party! On day seven, the longest day of the year,
we’ll celebrate how food and dance bring us together in this amazing gift of life and bring
awareness to all the opportunities we have to feel deeply connected. Whether connecting to
nature, the divine, our family or our community there are so many ways to bring a deeper
sense of oneness into our lives.
