The Summer Solstice Shape Up is here to provide a simple and fun way to shed our winter coat and shake off the pandemic blues so we can greet summer feeling our best.
The method is simplistic and holistic. Each day we’ll guide you through a cleansing diet, flowing movement and guided meditations that invigorate the body, clear the mind and connect us with our soul. Our simplified approach makes it accessible regardless of your schedule or experience and is designed to debunk the idea that creating healthy habits is tedious, hard or takes a lot of time.

Each session will provide you with tools to jumpstart your metabolism, stimulate muscle memory and still your mind with a practical routine you can do all summer long.

We lay the foundation for the week by grounding into mother earth with gratitude and awe for all the support she provides. We will nurture our sense of security and trust through basic foods and deliberate movements that help us root into our unique place on the planet.

Tuesday, June 15th
Create

On day two we focus on creativity and the ability to bring playful energy into our daily lives. We will deeply embrace our feminine sexuality and personal magnetism by opening up the hips using fluid movement and cleansing foods.

Wednesday, June 16th
Empower

It is time to tap into our strength and enrich our resolve. On day three the emphasis is on core movements and energizing foods that help us embrace our abundant nature and connect with source energy in order to manifest our true desires.

Thursday, June 17th
Love

Day four brings a sense of celebration as we rejoice in unconditional love. We will be assembling food and practicing movement that promotes compassion, self-care and devotion as we open our hearts to give and receive more love.

Friday, June 18th
Express

Open, authentic expression is the theme for day five and we will be applying the principle of freedom to fuel and move our physical body. We’ll address how the notion of the “Perfect Diet” creates a restrictive mindset that can sabotage your health goals and explore foods and movements that create expansion in body, mind and soul.

Saturday, June 19th
Know

On day six we give ourselves the space to engage with our intuition, the part of you that knows how to nourish and support yourself on a deep personal level. We’ll share mindful eating habits, simple breath techniques and a flowing movement series that brings us into harmony with the miracle of our life force.

Sunday, June 20th
Sunday Summer Solstice: Connect

Happy Summer Solstice, you made it, let’s party! On day seven, the longest day of the year, we’ll celebrate how food and dance bring us together in this amazing gift of life and bring awareness to all the opportunities we have to feel deeply connected. Whether connecting to nature, the divine, our family or our community there are so many ways to bring a deeper sense of oneness into our lives.
