Health Reimagined helps you discover how to make decisions that support your overall wellbeing by considering your mindset, attitude, emotions and behaviors as indicators of health. 

 

You’re unique, and even though you may share the same health goals as someone else, how you get there can look completely different.  

Let’s take weight loss for example:  

Client A has a demanding, on-the-go lifestyle, makes food choices based on convenience and feels a general sense of overwhelm on a regular basis.  

Client B is an emotional eater, experiencing mood swings and anger outbursts while approaching menopause.

The program for client A focuses on simple, grounding foods and nutrient dense meals to support the adrenals along with stress management strategies to balance cortisol levels and a restorative yoga practice to calm the nervous system.     

Whereas, 

Client B benefits from detoxifying elixirs and energizing foods to brighten mood, H.I.I.T workouts to release stagnant energy and daily mindset exercises to break the connections between thoughts and cravings.  

In the end, both clients achieve their weight loss goals but their path to success was quite different.
